Is It Illegal to Pay Someone to Take Your HISET Exam?

I’m kinda wondering: is it actually illegal to pay someone else to take your HISET exam for you, like on your behalf? I’ve seen people online advertising services with wording such as pay someone to take my HISET exam and it ?ust left me thinking, what happens if you do that legally, and academically too. Has anyone actually looked into it , or maybe read the rules carefully? Also, does anybody know what the consequences could be if a person goes through with it, like fines , revocation, or something else?
